Of course you may define press release as “a public announcement of an event, performance or any other news worthy item that is issued to the press”. Well lets rephrase your definition It is an announcement made to the news media for the purpose of gaining attention to a specific event occurred within your company.

It should be around 500 words.

  • The Boilerplate: At the end of the body describe your company in two to four lines and what it does.
